I have 600 miles on my new 04 TBS. I only get about 45 min befoe my butt gets really sore. Based on my review and searches it appears my choices are (in USA)
1. have seat rebuilt at Sargent
2. seat cover
a. Pro pad
b. Butt Buffer
Does anyone have any othe options or opinions on the above options. I would appreciate all assistance.

I have considered the Butt Buffer or a sheepskin. I usually get off about every hour anyway, just to stretch and walk around a little. I'll be interested in the responses to your query.

I have a Butt Buffer for my Thunderbird. I like it quite a bit and can recommend it. I am sure many other types of pads will due too so it is probably all a personal preference thing.
