Hi,
Some months back I mentioned that I'd bought a damaged TBS 2004 for 5000euros. Well I've finally got it fixed and tricked up with some mecatwin stuff and an engine upgrade:
air filter, dyno kit and open pipes. Haven't ridden it much yet but it looks and sounds great! Cost a bit but... Here's a picture.
Simon

I particularly like how you painted the seat cowl to match the bike. Well done!

Beautiful, yellow/black my favourite colour on a TBS, and you have out-thruxtoned the Thruxtons.

Nice paintwork on the cowl - did you get it from Mecatwin?

Paint job was done locally in Barcelona but copying a black and white Thruxton I saw on a photo here.

the cowl itself is Mecatwin, which I got unpainted of course.
It's supposed to be bigger than the Triumph one and should be, cause it's quite a lot more expensive!

The fron mudguard has two gold stripes. they didn't want to go over the top on the black yellow as that's the colour of the Barcelona taxis!!

All in all, very happy to have got the TBs and have gone for the CAfe Racer look. :-D
