We are all very quick to complain about bad service these days, but I'd like to tell you about a good experience!

A couple of months ago I bought Daytona wheels and forks from Triumph'ant. To cut a long story short, there was a problem with the wheels. I phoned Sandy at Triumph'ant and without a seconds hesitation he told me he would pick the bike up (he is based in South Wales, I live in London, about 140 miles away) and sort it out. Two weeks later the bike has been returned and not only did he sort the problem (which was caused by the company that powder coated the wheels) he also fitted new brake and clutch reservoirs, which he did not need to do.

I know from postings that most of you have heard of Triumph'ant and some of you have used them. For anyone thinking of using them, don't hesitate, Sandy is a genuine guy who actually cares about his customer, a rare breed these days.

I have to say being on the other side of the pond I am jealous of you Brits. Triumph'ant seems like a wonderful outfit along with Sprint Manufacturing.

Excellent post paulel. I think we fall into the trap of always complaining online and not enough praise.

Have used Sandy myself for information and purchase of some bits. Always very helpful, willing to go the extra even if your a first time customer. Sprint manufacturing has also been very helpful and I've never spent a dime with them. Kudos to both.

Triumph-ant supplied a reconditioned engine for my Thunderbird after a major crank failure last year. Good turn around of the order, now I need to run the engine in and get to use the bike again.

My only complaints about them are the prices are comparitively high and email communication is not good. But i have heard a lot of good things about them and they seem to have just about everything in stock.
