I have a 1999 Legend. I removed my wheels today to get new tires put on (Avon Azarros) and also removed the gas tank (for other reasons). In the process, I noticed that many of my vacuum lines are cracked and/or splitting. I live in the Golden Republic of California, so have the charcoal evap cannister too. I can see that several of the lines have been disconnected by the previous owner.

The vacuum line to carb one (side stand side) has a cap instead of the line connected, but the other two have lines that go to the air box.

So my question is, which ones are really required? I plan on cleaning up all the lines ... and eliminating all that are not needed (capping the attachment points where appropriate).

I also plan to dump the stock air box and go to pods (but don't know if I'll do that now). I noticed that the rear airbox section has the upper side cover mounting pins on it ... maybe I'll convert that section to a toolbox!
