Somewhat evocative of the X75 Hurricane, n'est ce pas? That is a model I would like to see re-introduced.

Hi,

See this link: Mecatwin History2.

I particularly like the X90s with wire wheels........
Unfortunately the kit appears to have been last produced some time ago, and no longer available.

Ciao,
Geoff

Yep, it was a MT kit for Tridents, but probably woorked on Daytonas and a S3s.

It was my understanding that they were more often based on the S3 rather than the Trident, but as you rightly say it would have worked on either the Trident, Daytona, S3 or even the Sprint and Trophy (ah the beauty of unitary construction). The first examples produced by Mecatwin had the gray engine, and were likely Trident / Daytona based as they pre-dated the S3 (1992).

the one pictured appears to be based on a 95-97 S3 judging by the wheels, brakes and engine /swing arm color.
