I wouldn't think so... Stock TBS silencers are just as quiet asn restrictive as regular TB mufflers... I drilled a 3/4" hole though all the baffles in my stick TBS mufflers and they are still very quiet. They are now sitting on a shelf in my garage..
Even with TBS "off roads" you shouldn't have to rejet. You will want to remove the idle mixture plugs and turn the idle mixture screws out to 2 1/2 to 3 turns to kind of subdue popping on deceleration. I turned mine out 3 turns and have some cheap after market mufflers that sound really good and I'm happy with them.
But like all things, I can't leave well enough alone and I do have a 3 into 1 system in the works..
