I recently purchaced a set of brand new mikuni's for my 98 tbird off ebay, problem is they dont seem to have any main jets fitted.
Can any one give me advice on the correct jets to fit and am i right in thinking that they screw into the needle jets reason i ask is the only thread i can see is the one at the bottm of the needle jet.

You need no. 90 main jets if everything is standard. They do screw into the needle jet holders.

If these are new carbs and there are no main jets fitted, it's best to check if there are any primary jets ( and neeedles!) before you fit them.
