I currently ride an 03 Speed 4. I'm looking at trading in for a T-bird sport. I want something that I can still get into the twisties with, but won't tempt me to do bad things like the S4 does. I've read some articles on the TBS and they say it has sportbike like power and handling. I don't want to do wheelies or scrape knees and pegs anymore, but I want something that is still exciting to ride. Is the TBS everthing they say it is?

Yes!!!

It is kind of rough, loud and full of character. It will handle the corners very well and accelerate like a freight train. It rewards you for a turn done well.

It will be a totally different experience than a smooth sport bike.

Don't think the TBS won't tempt you to do bad things..
I have 30,000 miles on my TBS and it is everything they say it is and a much more 'do-it-all' bike than the Speed 4..

You will love the triple and it can make you do bad things, just like everyone has said.
Enjoy,
Jerry
