Hello all, I know I'm not supposed to be in hear, but I have a question about my Dads 2001 T-Bird. He says his a$$ in killing him and he can't find an after market seat. So I thought I'd ask the experts. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Spanky.

P.S. Hope to see some of you at the South bay Ride to March Air Force Base next week.

I think he's looking more for a touring style seat with a little support.

King & Queen seats are for sale at Hermy's - link.

Corbin ones available, but they are made for the key-latch seat style.

I have the stock seat with Butt Buffer pads installed. Works well.

Have your Dad send his seat to Sargent and they can re-build it with better foam and shape it to fit his dimensions.

If you don't want to get a new seat, I recommend Air Hawks. (I'd have one if I could touch the ground with the extra height.) The company's main focus is for hospitals, but they expanded into the motorcycle market. My husband has one on his tourer and they're pretty amazing. Here's the link.

I also recommend the AirHawk. Using one has trebled the distance that I can go before I start squirming on the seat. 300+ miles per day no problem at all now.

Try Sprint manufacturing. They do a nice seat. Doesn't help with hemmaroids though. Only surgery or paste can do that. How old is Dad? I'm at least 98.3. And I loathe Queen.

Dad is in his late sixties, and worked his A$$ off every one of them so he's a little beat up.

We ordered him the King and Queen seat but I'm afraid that the difference might make the bike a little too tall, does it? and if so is there a way that we could lower the bike a little?

Thanks, Spanky.
