I don't know why, but the tail of our classics looks pretty hot to me. I think it's all the round objects ( tail light, turn signal, silencer )

Agreed. . . I've never been behind mine while in motion, but I'd have a hard time not following it.
I did come up behind a yellow Thrux the other day, and she looked fine as well.

Yes, I like my fender, too. Not that I haven't thought about chopping it off, but it looks pretty good and it's quite functional. Heck, riding in rain, my tail bag gets wet enough underneath with the fender there - I bet it would get thoroughly soaked without one.

oh yes!
With mine I get a great "cock's comb" water / mud come up on the back cowl, my seat, the back of my jacket, helmet and even some gets thrown onto the tank if its muddy. :-D
here's 3 different iterations of my bike's rear

Just two days. But trust me, those bags were pretty full. It's called, "packing with a woman." :lollol:

I have to agree that the classics have great looking tail ends. They aren't your normal hum drum looking Harleys. I really like what Mick has done to his bike, but I think I could do without the mud on the tank.

Ahh it's all clear now. :-D
I go away for a fortnight on my own and only fill the little Triumph saddlebags.
