Just about fed up with the amount of hassle involved with adjusting my tyre pressure, fiddling around the spokes and disks. I figured a 90 degree screw on adapter would do the trick but they seem rarer than rocking horse ****e here in San Diego. Saw one on line in Northern Cal but would cost 30 bucks the pair with shipping. Can't believe they are not available in my local bike stores. Any one see any of these elusive widgets in So Cal please let me know where.

Cheers,

Martin

Other Motorcycle: Can't afford two!
Extra Motorcycle: Three would be insane
I dunno about adapters but you can get Metzler (IIRC) inner tubes with 90 degree valves in them... Well worth it especially on the back wheel.

FYI, Bridgestone makes radial inner tubes in exactly the right sizes for the TBS (I'm pretty sure it's the primary application of the tubes, to be honest). They have right-angle valves, and are about half the price of the Metzeler ones. I'm using them now in my bike, and have had no problems. They do seem to leak about a 1lb. of air a week, front and rear, but I hear that's pretty common.

Excellent, and thanks.

My tyres are consistently down 3-4 lbs every couple of weeks, think I'll wait until the next tyre change or I get my mag's.
