I used the translucent yellow 'fuel rated' tygon tubing when I replaced my fuel line and if I remember correctly I bought it from McMaster:

The problem with most clear tubing is that it hardens as the gasoline gradually leaches out the softeners in the plastic. This is true of the yellow tygon and I had to replace it after about three years but that's much longer than the clear tygon.
Of course, now that they're adding oxygenators to fuels the tubing will harden up sooner.
One other potential problem with the clear (non reinforced) tubing is that it tends to kink easily. The cure for that is to buy an extension coil spring the same OD as the tubing ID and stretch it since that reduces the outside diameter a bit. Clip it to length, bend the ends in so they can't cut the tubing and slip it into the tube. No kinks and it helps the tube to retain the bend you put in it.
For the vent lines and such, just use vacuum tubing from the local auto parts store.
