I have been following with interest the discussion regarding faulty coils and their replacement with Nology coils. It seems that the Nology coil that has been suggested is Nology Part no. 152-001-061T. I contacted Grant Hart at Autopia, the Nology agent here in NZ, and he says that they have no such reference but could suppy Nology Coils part no 152-001-060. This coil is a 0.6 Ohm single high tension tower for current limited electronic ignition.
My question is: is this coil o.k. to use on my 2001 Legend? Also anyone got any other comments re this topic.

cheers
Ken

Hi Ken,

I just received 3 coils from Nology today for my 01 Tbird.Part number 152 001 060T . They fit just right, no mod needed.
Hope this helps.

I think the "T" designation is a new listing.
The high tension connector is the same as the Triumph so there is no need to modify your wires. Is that correct madcow?

Also, not to hijack Ken's thread but, did you have any tach issues with these "T" coils?
