Hey all,

I think I have too much play in my chain....
I've searched both this forum and googled the topic to no avail. Does anyone know where to find directions on chain adjustment on a T Bird Sport (98)? It's pretty basic, but I don't have the owners manual and therefore I'm not sure on the proper procedure (play, re-alignment etc) as it's defiantly different than my last bike.

Any page, write up or play-by-play would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all!

I'm the happy new owner of a 98 TBS, and it happened to come with an owner's manual. It says to turn the back wheel until the chain is at its tightest point. There should be 25 to 30 mm of up and down chain movement at a point mid way between the front and back sprockets. Hope this helps :-D
