I finally got around to trying some new bars. Went with the Daytona bars. I have looked far and wide for some black mirrors to go with the look, but have been unable to find anything that looks good and will still allow me to see what is behind me. I ended up bending the stock mirrors so they do not so much like rabit ears and painted them until I can find something better.

It's getting there

BUMM (Busch und Muller IIRC) did some very nice quality black mirrors which were fitted to early Hinckley Tridents and such.

I have a pair on my Legend if you take a look in my album.

I have to admit though I haven't seen any on sale recently!

I look those new bars and painted mirrors, looks good. Next you'll be powder-coating your pipes, eh?

Black Napoleon bar-end mirrors are a nice alternative. They really help you see better than the stock ones, and the black would match your bar nicely.

I have thouhgt about teh Napoloeon mirrors, but keep looking for something else, I'd like to be able to put some barend locks in to secure my helmet.

Powder coat the exhaust. hhmmm, I really wanted it in black to begin with, but that was not an option. Wouldn't hurt to see how much that would be.
