Dale and I got together this past week and I noticed his Clutch cover has "triumph" embeded in it. Years ago I thought this was an add on that you could buy but I don't see it listed anywhere. Mine is smooth chrome.

Can someone confirm for me this? He has a 99 Thunderbird (I think) and I have a 97 Adventurer if that helps.

Hi,

I have a little information, and perhaps others can help fill in the gaps?

The Chrome Clutch Cover with a black infill Triumph was available (part# A9738004), but even the official Triumph Accessores catelogues (2000 & 2001) had a note "Limited availability of this item. Please confirm with dealer before ordering".

My '95 Thunderbird, being one of the early Alloy engine covered models does have a Clutch Cover with the word Triumph indented in it, but obviously this is not a Chrome item. This Alloy item, with the Triumph indented, was standard on the '95 model. Chrome parts were accessories, with a plain Chrome clutch cover being part# A9738005.

Ciao,
Geoff

The plain chrome cover was standard on the Adventurers with the logo available as an option.
