Imagine the TBS or TB with the internal engine of the Speed Triple.Ofcourse we would want brakes to match and tight suspension. The left side horn cover needs to go and it needs a more retro taillight.I would buy one in a second. I had the first year 1995 Hinckley Classic TB with the Polished Aluminum engine covers. I always liked the right side look more than the left side look because of the ugly horn. Ifinally tired of the bike for its lack of power.

Been discussed here quite often. One problem is the frame. Triumph no longer has a bike built on the spine frame, and the 955 was never fit to the original spine style Hinckley frame.

Agree that it would be the dogs bollocks - just don't see it as their top priority right now. Wonder if a 955 could be shoe-horned :hammer: into the Bonnie frame?!?

'Course, with the capability of 100 RW HP (LINK), you can hop up a T-Bird as far as necessary....

We must think alike, Jamboa - I posted the same thing just last week - link.

Personally I'd just like to see a performance naked Triumph that has more passenger provisions than their current offerings, the Speed Triple and Four. For me, it wouldn't have to be retro-styled bike, just more practical.

I can't wait to see the new 675 naked bike they're working on - that may just make me throw practicality out the window.
