I have a few minor surface scratches on my Legend's chrome (not sure if it is stainless steel?) - tail light and mirror. They aren't much really, but was wondering if there is a product available which will smooth those out. Thinking that there are products that will make paint scratches virtually disappear so possibly something similar for chrome. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Try Mothers which a lot of people recommend. I like Blue Magic even better. It doesn't remove scratches though.

I think the tail light is ABS (a fancy name for plastic).

There is nothing on the market which will remove scratches from chrome. Chrome is a protective layer, and once it's gone it's gone. The only way you would blend a scratch in is to remove even more chrome from the surrounding area. Which is probably not a good thing.
