Ive just bought the Jenks TJP locking fuel cap from Jack Lilley part no LFC01 fo £50 + p&p.

The part is listed as being for any of the new Bonneville range. But nosing around at the dealers convinced me it would fit the TB and it does perfectly !

Ive always been at iffy about parking up in a public place in case the screw cap becomes some kids trophy, or worse still someone puts a handful of dirt in the tank. Now I dont have to worry.

I noticed they also do a flip up style petrol tank cap. It looked good but didnt appear to be lockable !

For those in the USA you can also use the locking Bonnie gas cap from Bellacorse, which is about $20.

The Bonny locking fuel cap looks like it should cost around £15 to £20. Do you think that the after market part suppliers are joining in with the rip off Britain campaign?
