That's usually step 2.
The past 3 years has been Early August.
I'd prefer mid May, but then the teachers among the group cannot attend.
I wonder if there is enough response to claim that step 1 is complete?

I believe Step 1 was completed at the end of the 2012 rally.

As to dates, how about June? Well past "April showers" and possibly before the high humidity and upper 90s temps of August? Isn't that why brides all want June weddings?

Actually, they prefer June weddings to save money - pet stores traditionally have huge sales on collars and leashes at this time of year
