I have found pair of slash cut silencer that fit the Thunderbird and Adventure. My question is will they fit a Legend also? :hammer:

Most likely, yes. Might require a tweak or two to the brackets. Try a fit up first w/ the existing brackets first (if they are still attached), before you try removing/swapping brackets from your Legend pipes! The screw bosses in these pipes are notorious for breaking loose...

Heating the bracket bolts a little with a torch is supposed to soften the trhead sealant. So a local dealer told me (after the fact ).

the brackets are actually pretty cheap to buy (about $10 IIRC) so I generally recommend that people never unbolt them from the mufflers - just buy new brackets and leave the old ones attached to the original mufflers.
