Anyone ever bought from http://www.motorcyclestore.us/triumph/

Prices seem very reasonable. They have a big R.A.T. logo on top of the page.
It looks as though they may only ship within the US. I emailed to see if they ship to Canada.
Any experience??

i've ordered a few things from them in the past. Prices seem pretty good, no problems. The only negative thing I can recall is that the shipping is a little slower than I am used to, it was in the time they specified though so I can't really complain about that. Not sure about the shipping to Canada.

That's Hermy's store - Hermy's site. I've gotten things from them before, no problem. You may just want to call Hermy's directly, though - maybe it would be quicker that way.

I didn't have much luck at their site. I e-mailed their service dept. requesting info on the King + Queen seat for a 2001 Legend. Got no reply so after waiting a week or two I sent another inquirery. Still no reply. I ended up buying the seat from Great Bay Motorcyle (www.greatbaymotorcylces.com). The seat cost more but service was excellent!

I have replaced my local dealer with PJ's Triumph of Albuquerque New Mexico. Even though they are 1800 miles away, I get faster service and beter prices. My local ex-dealer stocks NOTHING but t-shirts. If I "order" somthing exotic from the local idiot like lets say an inner tube or a tire they charge me full retail, plus a marked up UPS fee from Triumph to them. A week later once they have it on the shelf I can drive there to get it or pay them again to UPS it to me.
PJ's on the other hand stocks almost every optional and comonly replaced part, and will ship it for free. Plus the prices are between fair and frikin great, depending on the item. If by some odd chance they dont stock it they will get it drop shiped directly to you cutting out the middle step. Like I said they are faster and cheaper than my ex-dealer that is less than 20 miles away. Did I mention how nice and helpfull they are on the phone?
You cant beat PJ's IMHO.
