I'll have to admit I like motorcycles in almost every flavor. I'm really taken with some of the ones I see here that have gone the rear fender elimination route, gunfighter seat, etc.. very cool.
I have seen some pics on the www lately from folks who have bobbed some of the older Triumphs.
Has anybody on this board done anything like that with a modern classic? Got a pic you can share.
I keep trying to decide exactly how I want to change my Legend, going slow to make sure I get it right the first time.

I was thinking of a fatbob rear guard at one stage. That stock thing certainly is ugly. Havent got any pictures though.

This bike was talked about a while ago... although the guy came in for some snarking since he called it a 'bobber' but didn't actuall bob the rear fender...
I think it looks pretty nice meself... definitely could do something cool with the idea.

Crosstie,
you are right, that is pretty cool, but he could take it another step, maybe change the seat.
Jimmy,
an Adventurer is really not what comes to mind when I think of a bobber.

Yeah, well - I call it a "cafe", but the rear fender is cut back....

I have played around with straight bars and such, but prefer the clubmans.
It has a Yoshi pipe on it now, and I tinkering is ensuing. Not going to go with any whitewall tires

Closest I have seen to that is this bike:
Custom Adventurer
Adventurer frame would be the only one that would allow you to do this (stock).
