I'm a little bored with how that whole thing looks.
Has anyone done a custom job on it?

Other Motorcycle: Can't afford two!
Extra Motorcycle: Three would be insane
yep - I moved mine around a few times but finally ended up with a daytona item in the stock location - minus the cowbell. take a look in my album for pics/ideas.

Just remember; an awful lot of the free advice you will get on forums is worth exactly what you paid for it. There will always be somebody trying to convince you to do something really stupid, just because they did it or want to do it.

That is so much better! You're a man of good taste Mick.

Once upon a crime I had an idea of getting rid of the chrome engine covers and rocker and going for the black ones. I wonder how that would go together with the engine block.

i went to a local auto parts store and bought a stebel 80 series horn high decibel horn, sprayed it flat black with sem 39143 black trim paint, fabbed up a simple bracket and mounted it. i don't know if the link to the pic works or not as i am waiting for an album to be set up. if it doesn't work check page 3 of the submissions area.

Just call me red, but I put a set of inexpensive air horns on my Legend. I mounted the small compressor under the cowbell and mounted the horns(2) on the right side in front of the side cover pointing down. Stray dogs hate them, as they are very loud.

I've been thinking about getting rid of that ridiculous chrome buboe and installing an air horn myself. There's lots of space under the tank for a small compressor and some pretty decent looking small air horns available.

A nice little chrome horn mounted on the crash bar could work...

I've been looking at mine since this thread started and also think that the ridiculous looking thing should go.

Spooner, I couldn't see what Mick meant about the Daytona horn in the stock location, can you point me to the right photo?
