I've noticed that quite a few TBS owner complain about the seat on this bike being uncomfortable. Personally I've never had a problem with that, but what I do have problems with is the seat width of most modern bikes. The seat hight may be OK but if the seat is too wide it makes it difficult to get your leg over it and get your feet down properly when stopped. I've just been riding a Harley 88 incher, (don't ask me which one 'cos I haven't a clue!) but even with the low seat hight these bike are noted for, it was uncomfortable because the seat spread my thighs too far apart. I even found a new Royal Enfield 500 suprisingly awkward to get on due to its' wide seat. OK I'm not the tallest bloke in the world at 5' 9" but I can't recall ever having this problem with bikes in the past. Is it just old age creeping on or does anyone else have this problem?

It's true though I struggle getting on and off a lot of bikes. Could be my crook hip. Sportsbikes are the pits. Rode a GSXR 1000 for a couple hours, couldnt walk for a couple days after.Painful.
