Yes, sorry for not making myself clear.

There are a number of saddle makers in the USA, and perhaps sending a photo or link to Triumphant's website might give them an idea of what refinements you want.

Sargent has been suggested by a few, and Bill or Rick Mayer are respected also.

Or... wait till winter and send it off to Wales.

No, my mistake.

Not fond of the tractor look unless it is bare steel and on a Ford with spring steel mounting.

Or... wait till winter and send it off to Wales.

Just got a shipping quote: 35 pounds one way and they want a trade in for double that. That's not going to happen.

Unfortunately I don't care to be a saddle designer. Need someone who has already figured it out.

Everyone's arse is different, so don't count on someone else's tale of seat bliss being applicable to your back side. I went through three seats to finally arrive at what I have, and it is still not perfect. For most average sized behinds, I don't think you can do much better than the triumph K/Q. If you have a rare posterior, then by all means go custom. Just understand that it will be expensive and likely take several shipments back and forth to get it the way you want it. At least that was my experience. I should have just kept the K/Q I had and saved the money.
