I am leaving the rear wheel out since that is a straight fit other than the disk.

On the front wheel I only needed to reduce the size of one spacer and it is a straight fit.

Here is the original and machined spacer, 7 mm shorter.



Here is the axle of the Daytona (longer) compare to the TBS axle



As one can see, the discs are perfectly located in the calipers.



Here is the wheel installed.



Ready for a road test.

I might be wrong but, those might be wheels off the 600 daytona.
I really like the look , I really want to cafe my bird. So now I've gotto find a tbs front end daytona wheels, and a monster hugger to hack up. without the wife finding out .

The wheels are from either Daytona 94-97 or Trophy wheel will work from 96 to the end of the Trophy and some years of Speed Triple will also work. I made a list of all years and models that fit like this but can not find it now.

I did remove the paint from the wheel, sanded the rim and repainted only the middle part.

I finished the bracket to hold a brake light and flasher and will remove the fender next week. The first one will be simple and I will make a fancier one this winter.
