Today I fitted the Daytona wheel on the TBS. The fit was quite easy. The main difference between the 2 wheels is the length between the forks. The Daytona wheel measure 152 mm from the outside of the speedo drive to the outside of the spacer while the TBS wheel is at 145 mm. Since all older Triumph are using the same speedo drive, that side is equal on all wheels. The difference is on the other side. All I had to do was take out 7 mm from the spacer on the other side of the wheel. Perfect fit with the calipers, no problems.

I did have the axle of the Daytona wheel but that is useless since it is too long. I also had the spacer so I can use both sets of wheels.

I did try to post pictures but I am having problems logging on to my server. As soon as I can I will put a few pictures.

I have the back wheel also. That is an easy straight fit except for the brake rotor. I did order one from Sprint Manufacturing, again in order for me to use both set of wheels.
