replacement clocks

Are any of the other triumph speedo units a bolt on replacement for the TB/TBS?. I'm starting another bike build, and don't have a set of clocks for the bike......I was wondering if anyone had fitted the bonneville or another model of speedo or speedo/tacho combination?

Thanks

Rob

Bonnie and Thruxton are the same size so will fit the t-bird mounting. You would need to check the wheel sizes as I can't remember them off hand.

Any of the T3 clocks will fit the holes in the TBird dash.
You might need to make some minor modification to the dash panel.

The ratio change would be in the speedo drive box rather than in the head.

Ratio is in the sending unit at the wheel, not at the speedo. Question is which do you need?

Why are you looking for new clocks?

Thanks for the reply...............I will need some clocks, as I don't have any for the bike I'm building............so I wanted to see what people had fitted, or what could be fitted............It seems that there may be a few to go at :-)

Cheers

Rob

clocks

Got a set of Trophy clocks all in the pod that I removed to fit T-bird clocks, so they should swap back. I'll hang onto them for to have a look at for when you come down.
