what should I do with my blown engine?

Hi guys. I have recently replaced the engine on my 96 tbird. It's just sitting on my parents side yard right now. I just took the coil and starter off of it, but what else should I salvage/ do with it?

Thanks.

Where is it located? I might be interested if it's close enough to Indianapolis.

OK OK

I should have asked how far is it from your parents yard to Indianapolis?

I would strip it down, and sell the good stuff on ebay. If you leave is sitting, might not be worth much for long...

Especially would save electrics (starter, pick up coil, etc), sprag clutch, heads, full tranny gear set, drive clutch, hydraulic slave clutch, cam chain, cam chain tensioner....

Coffee Table

Could make a great coffee table base. Sell the parts you don't need.

Some people have coffee table books about their hobbies, you can have the table.

Funny you should say that. I have a friend who made a coffee table out of an old panhead motor.

That's not worth the cost of the gas to go that far to pick it up.

How about if you fill out your profile so we know approximately where you are?

I'd try to get it inside for storage, so that the good parts don't get weather damaged.
Seal the intake and exhaust openings so that water does not get inside.
Some corks, Some Saran Wrap and zip ties?
