Should I buy new or rebuild petcock

didnt know if I should rebuild or look for new never tried it...I know mine is not in great shape.

The one for the Kawa ZR750 Zephyr fits, is a better design, vacuum operated and cost $69 from BikeBandit. Repair kits for the stock TB unit doesn't exist, apparently.

Faffi, you were right first time. I have a Zephyr 750, and the tap from it is on my Triumph.

Fact is, the same pattern tap has been used in millions of bikes over the years so there are many sources for a compatible tap.

I had a leaking petcock on my '03 T-Bird, contacted my local, knowledgeable Triumph dealer and he cheked and said there is no rebuild kit available for these petcocks. A new one is $105. FYI.
