HI fellow triumphants.

I still have a huge smile as I managed a ride last weekend. The weather was fairly chilly but who cares. It rained before I got home but who cares-I was riding! What made me smile even more was how sweet the engine sounded. It's obviously enjoyed the break.

I've fitted those knurled extended seat bolts and what a difference they make. I'd recommend them every time. The original fiddly arrangement is truly diabolical.

I bought some of the new protective spray from Scottoiler. It seems a really good product but is it allright to spray on rubber items?

Safe riding all

Pete

Even if it's Ok for rubber, keep it off the footrests! You'll slide off! I found that with Motorex Protect 'n' Shine! Oh - and the tyres and bake disks of course. Seriously - don't the instructions say if it's Ok for rubber?

ps I use Motorex and WD40 - and plenty of wax on evrything I can reach! That seems to keep the worse of the Cornish weather and salt spray from doing any damage.
