rev counter glass dirty on inside

My rev couner gass has some small spot marks on the inside of the glass I would like clean these off any ideas please. I think these are maybe due to a bit of condensation. Any help appreciated .

Be aware you can only do this ONCE.
I stripped my speedo out when I needed to change the graduations when I put smaller wheels on for sidecar use.
I didn't get the graduations right first time, and the second time I uncrimped it, the brass fractured and I ended up having to find a broken speedo from a wreckers to rob the bezel off it!
