Fork springs again...sorry

I did a search on this website but couldn't find specific information regarding upgrading the fork springs in my 1996 Adventurer. I remember that not too long ago someone posted this info but I can't find it--not even in my own posts. Can some please tell me who makes fork springs that will work and which part # they are as I cannot find any applications for Adventurers on any of the fork spring manufacturer's websites?

Have you checked Race Tech? They make progressive fork springs for our bikes. I had a set installed last spring and it was a worthwhile upgrade.

Check out the website...

So, did you order the FRSP S3732 fork springs or did you have yours custom made? I am just looking to alleviate the problem everyone else has--diving under hard bradking, which of course also affects overall handling.

Did not do custom springs, ordered FRSPS373290. They made quite a difference in handling and the brake diving...

The next item you may want to upgrade is the rear shock if that has not been done. GREGP started the rage of installing a ZX7 rear shock in his Adventurer (it bolts right in!) which, combined with upgraded front suspension, ride and handling is much improved!

Already considered that upgrade as well. In it's stock state handling of the Adventurer leaves a lot to be desired.
