Somebody shoot me!
Somebody shoot me if I ever get rid of this bike!!!!
A rare 60 degree (albeit a little rainy) day at the end of December and I was out tearing up the twisties and leaving my buddies behind.
I'd have to be crazy to ever get rid of my Classic Triple!

I have had mine from new in '98. I still love it!
For me nothing has replaced the classic triple line up. I hope they will return to the idea soon.
I have changed lots of bits of it, but it is still a keeper.
It is a bit like the favourite broom....3 new heads & 5 new shafts.
It has provenance!
Nige.

I bought mine used, but I have to agree, I love it. I plan to keep it as long as there are parts to be had and people around that know how to work on them.

Its has to be the top bike Triumph (Meriden or Hinckley) ever made. I will never sell mine, it will be still sought after in years to come. It'll be a classic Classic !

Ride on !

Big Al,
Although you're preaching to the choir, I'm having a ball singing the "hallelulah's" chorus! Got out today for 70 miles on the twisties of Chester County - man this bike is a rush!! And the sound of a triple with TORs - the Harley guys keep telling me how sweet it sounds.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. My T-Bird is the best motorcycle I've ever thrown my leg over. The Sporty could go(I'd miss it), the Honda 750 could go and probably will, but the T-Bird will never leave my possession as long as I'm alive. These triples have such an exotic exhaust note that everyone stops to look and listen when you go by. Tbirdnz is right, they are Classic Classics and the best Hinckley's ever made. Mine is a friend for life.

I ordered my 95 from a picture on a brochure. It was the bike I was hoping someone would make for years. When it finally arrived it was love at first sight! The first few years I had it I couldn't stop for gas without drawing a crowd. Even today folks will ask me "what year is it?" expecting a '60s bike. Will I keep it? I plan on having it buried with me!

I love the sound of my '97 Adventurer; the mechanical noises and the exhaust note--all are music to my ears. It's fairly nimble as well. I mean, after riding my Venture and Nomad around for years, this classic triple is a breath of fresh air!
