We fixed all that in Australia.
All those kangaroo's just sitting around idle, we brought them to town and trained them up as traffic light wardens.
They now sit at the intersection and turn traffic lights on and off.
Don't ever trust the koala bears though, they are the one's that have the speed and red light camera's.
