I have an HJC CL-Max and it's okay. I wish the venting was better and I wish the visor would stay open a tad in cold weather...but it slams shut at about 15mph. The Nolan fits me a lot differently, as the lower edge sort of pinches my jaw. Probably something I'd get used to. The other thing I didn't like about the Nolan was the sunguard on the outside where it's subject to bug hits. I like the way the Schuberth has the shade inside the visor where it remains clean. But the Schuberth is $$$ and the company is having some serious financial issues.
By the way, the newest issue of Rider mag has a nice comparison of modular helmets.
