Caberg V2 Model 104

Here's my report on the Caberg V2 full face, Model 104, weight 1450grams cost £90

Conditions were dry, bright winter sunshine, temperature about 40'

First the good news
1) Inner sun visor - is excellent, so much easier and more comfortable than sun glasses,
2) Aerodynamic - head doesn't get buffeted around, even when turning sideways i.e. for life saver over the shoulder or just admiring the scenery
3) Visor fogging - virtually nil, considering the outside temperature, I found this feature excellent
4) Visor security - good, visor can be click locked shut for high speed travel
5) Removable lining - comfortable material, easily removed for cleaning
6) Chin guard - stops the wind blowing straight up your face
7) Ventilation - easily operated vents, as it was near freezing outside, I can't comment on there cooling ability, other than I kept them shut, because when I opened them, my head was freezing

Now the down side
1) Wind noise starts at 40 mph, not unbearable and stays at a fairly constant volume whatever the speed above 40mph, goes quiet when head is turned sideways

Overall I'm very pleased with the Caberg V2, much more comfortable and user friendly than my previous BOX helmet which cost £35
