I bought the exo 700 last year after a lot of research. For the money, I think it is a great helmet. I took a chance and bought on-line hoping it would fit. It did and for me is very comfortable, quiet, and lighter than the HJC I have. It is Snell and DOT approved. Also, the first click up on the shield is about 3/4 inch which is perfect. And, the no fog statement is true, I have had no problem with fogging up.In short, I absolutely love the helmet and would recommend it.

Cheap, I love my Exo700, I got mine for around $150 in flat black, the best color. Had it over a year, works great!

Opinions are like a-holes...BUT I work at a helmet store and I see and test all kinds of helmets (my wife laughs 'cus I buy helmets like most women buy shoes). My personal favorite (fit, form, and function) is the new Suomy Vandal. But it's pricier than the Scorpion. The 700 isn't bad, but I think as Pabonne stated earlier the KBC TK8 is a better value (most of the same features and quite a bit cheaper too - some of the new graphics are pretty cool also - MSRP of about 140 bucks). Also, if you're staying under 250, give the Shark S650 a look - very comfy, ECE and DOT approved (if your Boehm-savvy), looks fantastic, and at 200 bucks a good deal. Anyhoo, just my .02.
Good luck with the lid - the important thing is wearing something on your noggin.

I was so happy with my Scorpion ex-700 that I bought a Scorpion dirt helmet as well. We just bought our third helmet when it was time to replace my wifes lid. I think they are just about the best helmet you can get for the money. To me, they fit just like an Arai.

Nice lid. Quite the jump to a tommygun. Is that deal that you got available for others?

I think he may have used some newly acquired moderator strong-arm leverage on somebody. Sweet bucket though Cheap.

Nice score. And the green will go nicely with the yellow for St. Pat's day. Unfortunately, I'm gettin' the forks rebuilt on the track bike, so no new helmet here.
As long as you're stickin' with the firearm theme, you could collect a whole set.

Awesome deal, Cheap, thanks for sharing.
I just got an OK deal on a Suomy Extreme (Cathedral/Fabrizo) from my local dealer. Still trying to figure out how it compares to the Arais.
Otherwise, I'd jump on one of those Tommys. I'd like to anyway, but if I add another helmet to the quiver right now my wife is going to open up a bowling lane in my driveway, but use my helmets instead of bowling balls.
thanks again for tip... Maybe let us know how the vendor is after it arrives.
