Shoei X-12

Is anyone wearing the new X-12 from Shoei? I'm trying to decide on a new lid and it's come down between the X-12 and an Arai Vector. I've owned Arai's in the past and currently wear a Shark RSR2 Foggy replica. In the past Shoei's didn't fit my head shape, but the new X-12 model does. The big thing I'm looking for in a new helmet is air movement. Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you.

If it's anything like my X-11 was, it'll flow air TOO well.
I got chapped lips a lot and ended up riding with most of the vents closed (the rear pairs were awesome by themselves).
Not a good winter helmet.

That probably wasn't helpful...

blackstar1965- thank you. I know that the 12 is slightly based on the 11 so that does help. Everyone at my shop here wears Arai so I don't even know anyone with a Shoei. Even though we can order them.

Agree with above. I have an x-11 and it is a great helmet but definitely need to shut down the vents when in cold weather. I use a neck/ half face guard for winter riding and it cuts down a lot on the chapped face thing.
