I'm travelling to the UK in August and will be riding over there. Does anyone know if a DOT helmet is road legal for use in the UK? I know that the UK and European Union have diff. safety standards to the US, but have gotten conflicting info. on whether I can take my DOT helmet and use it on the other side of the pond. Any suggestions?

It'll either display a BS6658 sticker on the outside, or an EC approval mark somewhere inside. Only BS 6658 types A & B or EC Regulation 22 type 05 series are legal in the UK.
