Has anyone recently got a blue tooth helmet? I would like some input on what you have and how it works. I want it for my Zumo. thanks Lee

My buddy has the Nolan with integrated bluetooth. It is a really nice helmet and reasonably quiet. It also has a really nice retention system.

If you're helmet is in good condition and you don't want the expense of purchasing a new one just to get the bluetooth look at this...

I like the fact it's small. I haven't gone over to the bluetooth side yet while riding, but I'm considering

I use the Nolan with their N-com System, works well. Clear and loud enough at speed.
I have it connected to tomtom and mobile to tomtom also Bluetooth to Passenger intercom, if you want there is also a socket to add MP3 player to the set up aswell. The original set up is mono but the second generation is now stereo, both work with each other. And the helmet setup bluetooth remembers those its been connected to so after initial setup it's easy to change the priority on compatible items.

The Cardo Scala works well; I have used it with Arai, AGV, and Caberg helmets. I have the Q2 version, but the new Q4 has a few more features. Highly recommended kit!

The new Shoei RF-1100 has provisions for in-helmet speakers. I'll probably install those and wear earplugs for noise protectoin.

My wife has a Bluetoothed helmet - a Nolan 3/4 for her scoot. She prefers the 1/2 helmet and could care less about Bluetooth. No help from me.
