I am looking for a safe and effective cleaner for the visor on my helmet. I went riding last night for the first time this year (damn broken bones) and by the end of the ride the visor is plastered with dead bugs. Same with my summer windscreen. What do you all use or recommend?

S100 Special Surfaces Cleaner

I also use it on the rest of my helmet, and on the bike's windscreen and fairings. Works on anything plastic, fiberglass, lexan, plexi, etc.

If your bike shop doesn't carry it, stop at a Harley dealer.

Warm water and some dishwashing liquid on a bug sponge.

The V2 sponge is cheap and small enough to fit in your jacket pocket. An absolute lifesaver. Won't leave home without it.
