I'm not sure who looks at what on this site, but maybe somone can answer me a question?
A few days ago I posted a new thread on the Bonnie forum about climate change, leisure motorcycling and Al gore. I was genuinely interested to hear what my sort of people (ie Hinckley bonnie riders) thought about the issue.
The thread was moved, because it was not "bonnie specific." Fair enough. I blushed with embarassment when I read the post to say it was in the wrong forum, but took my beating as being deserved.
However, when I attempted to follow the relocated thread the next day, it had gone, gone, gone. I cannot find it anywhere.
Maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick, but it seems like some site supervisor decided it was boring/contentious/not in keeping with his philosophy, and just murdered it.
My questions: Does this happen? Did this happen? If so, why not have the decency to email me and let me know?

Time is a factor for everyone who donates their efforts on TriumphRat.Net.

While we understand that not everyone actually reads the Acceptable Use Policy, it is still assumed. We have never stated that thread or post originators would be notified when their respective posts are removed.

I could understand why you would want to know, but other users don't care (such as spammers). After a Moderator checks a respective forum, I'd like to think there is still time left for them to participate in some discussions and enjoy the site as well.

When it comes to topics we are passionate about, we have to remember that not all of them are appropriate for TriumphRat.Net. Some would think that we're HardCore Triumph Enthusiasts, but we're just a group of guys and gals who enjoy Triumph Motorcycle Discussions and being around others who like Triumphs.
