What is the purpose of these icons?
Where do the icons in the second column come from and what is their purpose?

Also, is there a symbol that denotes that a thread has pictures? (These are the one I enjoy the most :-)

When you post, right below where you write there are icons that you can choose where is says "Post Icons" See, in this post I put the smiley guy with the shades. Usually say someone chooses the circle with the question mark then it will probably be a post that is asking a question.


And for someone posting a pic in the thread, there is usually a paper clip next to the topic. But, if someone hosts the pic from, say for example, photobuckets, there isn't an indication if there is a photo.
