How do I reorganize photos?

I've poked around and simply can't find a way to reorganize the photos in my photo album. Some pictures are "boring" and so I'd like to move them to the end of the album.

At the moment, it is not possible to sort by a "preference". I can allow sorting by generic things like time/date.

There is an upgrade to the member albums system that is coming. It isn't a feature I was planning but will consider it.
