I don't think you understand... the Triumph logo is COPYRIGHTED by Triumph.
Technically, Triumph can own everything you own or everything you ever thought about owning if you use their logo without their permission.
Shawn asked for, and recieved their permission in writing to use their logo on his site. Since it is Triumph's logo they set the rules and he can't use it in any shape form or fasion other than to display it on his site if he wants to keep his stuff. And I'm sure he's very attached to his stuff and doesn't want to get his pants sued off.
