Smileys Are Back

Most of the Smileys have returned, and have added some new ones.

FYI, the four-image limitation also applies to Smileys. I did that so that Cheapbastard couldn't insert large amounts of smileys and cause a worldwide bandwidth shortage

Thanks Shawn - for both the smilies and stirring cheap he needs it

Seriously, the sites looking good and I love the ability to just look at new posts and not need to go to each forum to keep up. It also means you get involved in some more forums this way.

Shawn-

I randomly chose a thread in which to post so I would use a smiley here if I could figure out how to do it.

In any event, thanks for upgrading the site, it looks great.

There was one feature fo the old site that I liked a lot which was the ability to see the poster's motorcycles for all posts. Now it looks like it only shows the one chosen as favorite (by the way, a very hard decision in my case).

Thanks again,

Fred

P.S. OK, now I have got it

I haven't thought about it in a few days, but the plan is to come up with a creative way to display all four bikes. The way I'm doing it now is nice for one motorcycle, but doesn't look good for more than that.

No problem, just wanted it to show up on your list somewhere so that when you get inspired it could happen.

Cheers and thanks again!

Smileys are back but only if you go into the User Control Panel and under the Settings and Options tab choose Edit Options then at the very bottom in the Misc Options box change the Message Editor Interface from Basic Editor (which mine was set to) to either "Standard Editor or Enhanced Interface" then you'll see the ALL the Smilies. Worked for me.

great improvements, still learning how to use them,

I'm still trying to find the smiley selections! All I can see is the ones below this window to add at the title of a new thread...
