Ever find yourself putting too much pressure on your wrists under heavy braking? A slick tank surface is difficult to grip with your legs, causing your body to slide forward under these forces and most of us end up putting pressure on the grips in an attempt to hold ourselves back on the seat...
The solution... Techspec Tank Grips...
Techspec Group Buy
I’ve been working with Steve, from Techspec-Canada on organizing a group buy and here are the details:
Any of the Techspec Kits are available in this group buy, so if you have more bikes than just a Triumph, you can order up for that bike as well.
In addition, If Techspec doesn’t have a specific kit to fit your bike, you can order up some of the sheet material and make your own pattern for your bike.
The kits come in two different material types:
High Fusion is a thin (.035") synthetic rubber blend with an overall rough texture. You will feel a positive grip into your tank, less pressure on your wrists, elbows and shoulders, and a more solid seat position.
Snake Skin is a basic .125" pad with a low profile diamond grip pattern. You will feel an excellent grip on the tank, reduced pressure on wrists, elbows and shoulders, and even reduced shock and vibration from the bike and road.
All orders should be directed via email to:
steve@techspec-canada.com
All orders will receive FREE SHIPPING, which is a savings of $10 - $15 on each order.
Additionally, if 30 or more orders are placed, all customers will receive an additional 5% discount.
I have the Techspec Snake Skin version on both of my 2006 Triumph Daytona 675s and absolutely love them. It really helps take the weight off your wrists in street riding and really makes a huge difference under extreme braking on the race track.
Just place your order by sending an email to Steve. Also, post up here so we can keep track of the total number of orders.
