Gerbing heated gloves
These are advertised as being more for snow use but they work very well for motorcycling in temps below 30F. They have a re-chargable 7.4V Lithium battery on the back of each glove so you don't have to hook them up directly to your cycle battery. I ride 10 miles to work and my hands stay warm in temps down to 25 degrees F. They are expensive ($200) and the fingers are a little short but I still love them.
